The ferry operates year-round, Monday through Friday during the morning and evening commutes and is open to the public. The Seaport-North Station Ferry stops at Lovejoy Wharf (North Station), Fan Pier, and Pier 10. The Seaport-East Boston Ferry stops at Lewis Mall Wharf and Fan Pier.
